Account placement

How often may I place accounts? Accounts may be placed on a schedule to suit your business needs. Our clients utilize a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly placement schedules.

What methods may I use to place accounts? Placements may be made in virtually any format convenient for you.

What if I placed an account in error? Your accounts belong to you and you may recall them if they are placed in error. Contact our client services team or call 866-808-7118 for assistance closing an account.

Account collection

How long will it take to begin collecting accounts? Accounts are loaded on our system within 24 hours of placement.

Compliance

Is your agency PCI compliant? Yes. As a proactive measure for ensuring compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Premiere Credit utilizes an authorized third party security vendor to scan, test and evaluate network security each quarter. A copy of our most recent compliance certificate is available upon request.

Is Premiere Credit FISMA compliant? Yes.

Are you licensed in every state? Yes. Premiere Credit is licensed in all states and districts that require such a license to collect on past due accounts. We have secured all bonds, certificates and licenses available to an accounts receivable management company for:

  • Our agency, its branches, and all collectors and managers, where required
  • Each of the 50 states that require licensing
  • Puerto Rico and Guam
  • Localities including Washington, DC; Carson City, NV; Wilmington, DE; New York City, Yonkers and Buffalo, NY
