Account placement

How often may I place accounts? Accounts may be placed on a schedule to suit your business needs. Our clients utilize a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly placement schedules.

What methods may I use to place accounts? Placements may be made in virtually any format convenient for you.

What if I placed an account in error? Your accounts belong to you and you may recall them if they are placed in error. Contact our client services team or call 866-808-7118 for assistance closing an account.

Account collection

How long will it take to begin collecting accounts? Accounts are loaded on our system within 24 hours of placement.


Is your agency PCI compliant? Yes. As a proactive measure for ensuring compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Premiere utilizes an authorized third party security vendor to scan, test and evaluate network security each quarter. A copy of our most recent compliance certificate is available upon request.

Is Premiere FISMA compliant? Yes.

Are you licensed in every state? Premiere is licensed or has authority to operate in all U.S. cities and states that require specific certifications or licensure to recover debt, which maximizes recoveries while mitigating risk to our clients. We currently collect from debtors located in all 50 states, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
