As a Premiere employee, you will receive a base wage plus bonus opportunities based on achieving goals and benchmarks that recognize and reward individual, as well as team, performance. Bonus programs are based upon position.
We provide daily, weekly and monthly results-based incentives along with base compensation and other traditional benefits. Packages are based upon position.
