All telephone calls are recorded and monitored through state-of-the-art speech analytics software to detect and resolve potential issues in real-time. We have a dedicated staff to monitor calls and we make on-the-spot call interventions when necessary. We will not take risks with the recovery efforts on your porfolios.

We infuse this culture of compliance into associate training as well. In addtion, associates, supervisors and managers undergo training, educating them regularily about the many laws and regulations that govern our industry, including:
